DESCRIPTION:Washington Statewide Forensic Interviewer Peer Review meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month from 11:00 AM-12:30 PM.  These meetings are an opportunity for forensic interviewers across the state to review forensic interviewing techniques for cases involving suspected child abuse. Peer review provides a space for thorough discussion and interview feedback as well as overview of relevant research in the field of forensic interviewing. DESCRIPTION:Speaker:  \nJacqueline Page\, Psy.D. \nDescription: \nThis session is designed to be a conversation about the realities of sibling sexual abuse. What we know about its prevalence\, barriers to reporting and impact of the abuse will be highlighted including the need to recognize the potential impact on us as the professionals involved in cases of sibling sexual abuse. The importance of a proactive\, collaborative response will be emphasized. The core of the conversation will be on the dilemmas\, challenges and questions commonly raised by or encountered by professionals working with cases involving sibling sexual abuse.
