Open Positions:  Training & Technical Assistance Coordinator

Join a Mission That Changes Lives!  Are you passionate about work that creates meaningful change for children and families? Do you find purpose in supporting professionals who stand on the front lines of helping children heal from abuse and trauma? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team.

At Children’s Advocacy Centers of Washington (CACWA), we believe every child who experiences abuse deserves access to compassionate, trauma-informed services that promote safety, healing, and hope. We are working toward a future where every child in Washington can access those services through their local Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC).

As our TTA Coordinator, you will play a vital role in advancing that vision. You will support and strengthen a multidisciplinary network of professionals—including victim advocates, forensic interviewers, law enforcement, prosecutors, medical providers, mental health professionals, and others—who work together to serve children and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Your work will help ensure that professionals across Washington have access to high-quality training, resources, and opportunities to learn from one another. While this position may not provide direct services to children and families, its impact is felt throughout the CAC network. Every well-coordinated training, every strengthened professional skill, and every enhanced multidisciplinary response contributes to better outcomes for children on their path to safety and healing.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by bringing people together, coordinating meaningful learning experiences, and helping others grow in their ability to serve. Behind every successful training, every strengthened professional partnership, and every enhanced practice is an opportunity to improve outcomes for children and families across Washington.

If you are inspired by mission-driven work, thrive in collaborative environments, and want your talents to contribute to a safer, more hopeful future for children, we encourage you to apply. Join us in building a Washington where every child who experiences abuse can access the support, advocacy, and trauma-informed care they need to heal and thrive.
