A Wound Without a Cure: Finding Justice for Child Victims

This session will address methods that have been demonstrated to increase criminal convictions, address the concept of justice and discuss various approaches through which justice for children may be realized outside of the criminal arena.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will identify characteristics of cases that proceed through the criminal justice system
- Participants will understand the various concepts of justice in child sexual abuse cases
- Participants will identify various methods to improve outcomes for justice for victims of CSA
