Children's Justice & Advocacy Center is Seeking to Hire an Executive Director!

CJAC's ideal candidate is a motivated professional who is passionate about its mission and has nonprofit experience in a small child abuse prevention nonprofit at the administrative and leadership level. A combination of related education and progressively responsible experience is desired. This position requires excellent skills in oral and written communication; finance, human resources, and administration; strategic planning; grant writing and fundraising.

Responsibilities include community and public relations; administration and compliance; budgeting, finance and grants management; grant writing and fundraising; personnel management; and coordination of the multidisciplinary team. Compensation range of $72,000-$78,000 plus benefits. CJAC values diversity, equity our inclusion.

Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center’s serves Cowlitz & Wahkiakum counties and its mission is to serve children and families affected by child abuse and to provide a collaborative and compassionate community response. CJAC leads the community’s response to reduce the impact of child abuse by bringing together law enforcement, prosecution, mental health, medical, child welfare and victim advocacy professionals in a child-friendly setting to investigate abuse and help children heal from trauma.
