MDT Orientation – April 2024
Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Orientation is held on the first Wednesday of the month from 10:00-Noon. MDT Orientation will provide foundational information to new MDT members that will further their understanding of the CAC movement and model, who is part of an MDT, and how case review works. The content in training will assist CACs in their onboarding process.

To register click on the Register button and select Single Registration. On the registration page, please select the date you want to attend. MDT Orientation is a single event and not a series, so it is not necessary to select multiple dates.
Please note the date of MDT Orientation may change due to unforeseen calendar conflicts.
